BridgeERP is a next-generation ERP platform designed to help businesses across Africa streamline operations, connect teams, and drive smarter decision-making.
We’re looking for Support Interns with a strong IT background who are passionate about technology, customer success, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and functional support to clients using BridgeERP.
Assist in system testing, user onboarding, and troubleshooting.
Participate in product demos and training sessions for new users.
Document client feedback and report improvement suggestions to the technical team.
Collaborate with developers to replicate, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications & Skills
Background in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Passion for technology and problem-solving.
Knowledge of ERP systems
Ability to learn fast, stay organized, and work independently or in teams.
