Inside the app

What is inside

The apps a wedding planner runs on, and what each does for a wedding.

  • Enquiries

Couples asking about church weddings, beach weddings or a ruracio move through the pipeline to won.

  • Package quotes

Quotes combine planning or coordination with catering per guest, decor, tents, sound and photography.

  • Wedding plan from a template

Confirming full planning copies the standard plan with its eight tasks into a project for the couple.

  • Vendor orders

Catering, decor, photography, sound and tents are ordered from each vendor when the package is confirmed.

  • Deposits

A percentage deposit invoice is raised on the order, and the rest is invoiced before the day.

  • Contracts signed online

Planning contracts can be sent for electronic signature with the Sign app.

Questions

Questions about Wedding Planners

Not covered here? Contact us.

Does confirming a package create the wedding plan?

Yes. The full planning service copies the plan template into a project for the couple.

Are vendors ordered automatically?

Yes. Vendor services create purchase orders to the vendor set on each service when the order is confirmed.

Can I take a deposit?

Yes. A percentage or fixed down payment invoice can be raised on the order before the balance.

Can I price catering per guest?

Yes. Catering is sold per guest, so the quote follows the guest count.

Can couples sign the contract online?

Yes. The Sign app sends documents for electronic signature.

Is there an e-invoicing connector for our tax authority?

E-invoicing modules exist for countries such as Kenya, India, Mexico and Saudi Arabia. On the demo, Kenya's eTIMS connector is installed and needs the company registration to send invoices.
