Share it
Send it to the businesses you know, put it on your website or in your newsletter. It can open any page: the home page, the plan builder, the demo, a product or an industry.
Earn when they pay
The business gets 10% off its first invoice. You earn 10% of the subscription it pays for 12 months, added to your balance.
What the business you refer gets
A reason to choose BridgeERP through you: 10% off the plan on its first invoice, whether it buys straight away, starts with a demo or asks for a quotation first.
The discount
- 10% off the plan on the first invoice: the first month, the first year or the one-time licence, whichever it chooses.
- Shown on the invoice, the quotation or the demo activation invoice as its own line.
- Your link is remembered for 90 days after the click, so it still counts when the business decides later.
- Implementation, hardware and other extras are never discounted.
What you earn
10% of the subscription the business pays, before tax and after its discount, for the first 12 months of its service. Each earning is pending for 90 days after the payment, then available to use.

A worked example
A business you referred takes a subscription billed at USD 100.00 a month, before tax.

An example of the calculation, not a price. On an annual plan the same 10% applies to the yearly invoice. Your balance is kept in the currency you choose when you join.
Two ways to use what you earn
Your available balance is yours to spend on BridgeERP or to take as money. You decide each time.
Pay your own BridgeERP invoices
- Any amount, as soon as it is available
- One click on the invoice in your portal: the credit pays it in full, or pays part and you pay the rest
- Your subscription activates or renews as with any other payment
Get paid every month
- Request a payout once at least USD 100 (or the same in your currency) is available
- Add your full bank details once; they are stored encrypted
- BridgeERP approves the request and pays it in the payout run on the 1st of the month
Bank payouts open soon. Until then your earnings build up and pay your BridgeERP invoices.

The full rules are in the affiliate terms. Resellers and implementers who sell BridgeERP as a business can apply to the partner programme instead.
- No referring yourself, your own company or your colleagues (same email domain, phone or tax number)
- No earnings on businesses that already pay BridgeERP
- One affiliate per customer: the first one recorded keeps it
- A purchase already credited to a BridgeERP partner stays with that partner
- A referral made from your own internet connection is held until BridgeERP has reviewed it
Questions
Do I have to be a BridgeERP customer?
No. Anyone with a BridgeERP account can join, and creating an account is free. BridgeERP partners already earn on their referrals under their partner agreement, so they are not part of this programme.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no fee, no target and no minimum number of referrals.
How long does my link count for a visitor?
90 days from the click, on the browser the visitor used. If they click another affiliate's link afterwards, the later link counts. Once the business starts a demo, buys or asks for a quotation, it is recorded as your referral and stays yours.
What is not counted?
Implementation, hardware and integrations, Success Packs, developer days, taxes, and service after the first 12 months of the customer's subscription.
In which currency is my balance?
You choose it when you join, from the currencies BridgeERP invoices in. Each earning is converted at the rate of its payment date.
Can I change my link name?
Yes, until the first referral comes through it. After that the name stays, so the links you have already shared keep working.
What happens when a customer is refunded?
The earning on that invoice is cancelled if it is still pending, or deducted from your balance if it was already available.
How are my bank details kept?
Encrypted, with a key kept outside the database. Screens show only the last four digits of your account; only BridgeERP accounting can open the details, and every opening is recorded on your affiliate account.
