BridgeERP

Partner programme

Sell BridgeERP, and keep a real share of it

Two ways to work with us. Refer a client and earn a recurring share of what they pay. Or buy at wholesale, set your own price and own the relationship. Both come with a sandbox of your own, training, and a written agreement you can read before you commit to anything.

No fee is charged until the agreement is signed by both sides.

Two ways to partner

Pick the one that matches how you already work. You can move between them at renewal, and nothing stops you referring some clients and reselling to others once you have signed for both.

Refer

You introduce the client. We bill them, support them, and pay you a share every time they pay us.

20–40%of what the client pays, for as long as they stay

  • We carry the billingThe client contracts with BridgeERP and pays us directly. No debt sits on your books.
  • We carry first-line supportYour client raises tickets with us. You are not on the hook at 9pm.
  • Paid on their cycleWe issue a statement at the end of each billing period. You invoice us; we pay within fifteen days of receiving it.
  • Entry fee $299 a yearRising to $599 at Expert level.

Distribute

You buy subscriptions from us at wholesale and sell them on at your own price. The client is yours.

25–35%off list price, before whatever margin you add on top

  • You set the priceSell within an agreed ceiling. Everything between wholesale and your price is yours.
  • You own the relationshipYou bill the client, and you answer them first. We back you up behind the line.
  • Net 30 on wholesaleWe invoice you monthly for active client subscriptions.
  • Entry fee $399 a yearRising to $799 at Expert level.

What each level pays, side by side

One unit runs down the whole table — your margin on the client's subscription. Everything else is subordinate to it, and the joining fee comes last.

Margin bands are set by plan tier in the signed agreement. The exact percentage for each tier is in Schedule B.

Distribution partners sell within a maximum markup agreed in Schedule B. Anything between wholesale and your price is yours.

Fees are annual, in US dollars, and are charged only after both parties have signed.

Seen enough? The application takes about ten minutes and nothing is charged until both sides have signed.

What you actually get

A system of your own to learn on

Every partner gets a working BridgeERP database with sample data across the apps you plan to sell. Build a demo, break it, rebuild it. It is not a trial that expires while you are still learning.

  • Yours for the life of the agreement
  • Reset it whenever you want a clean start
  • The same build your clients will run

Training, then a certificate with your name on it

Work through the course material for the apps you sell, at your own pace. Expert partners get a named trainer who takes sessions with your team rather than pointing you at a video.

  • Course material for every app you sell
  • A named trainer at Expert level
  • Certificates issued to individuals, not to companies

Your clients and your statements, in one place

Sign in and see every client you have brought in, what they are paying, what has been billed and what is due to you. Statements are issued at the end of each billing period and they are the same numbers we work from.

  • Every client you introduced, with their status
  • The statement behind every payment
  • Your signed agreements, always downloadable

Sign it from wherever you are

We send the agreement to you as a document you can read in the browser. You confirm who you are, sign it, and we countersign. Both sides get the same signed copy with a record of when it was signed and by whom.

  • Nothing to print, scan or courier
  • A record of every step attached to the document
  • The signed copy lands in your portal and your inbox

What we expect from you

None of this is unusual, and all of it is in the agreement. We would rather you read it here than find it later.

Sell it as it is

Describe what the software does today, not what it might do next year. If a client needs something built, say so and price it separately.

Keep your training current

When a version brings changes to the apps you sell, work through the update before you take it to clients.

Use the name properly

The right to use the BridgeERP name and marks is non-exclusive and lasts as long as the agreement does. Marketing material follows the brand guidelines.

Do not resell access

Platform access is for training, demonstration, testing and onboarding your own clients. It is not a licence to redistribute, sublicense or reverse-engineer.

Answer your clients

Distribution partners take first-line support. If you cannot answer it, hand it to us — but do not leave your client waiting.

Tell us when it ends

Thirty days' written notice either way. Commissions already earned are still paid; wholesale balances are settled.

How you become a partner

Five steps. Nothing is charged and nothing is binding until both sides have signed.

  1. You apply

Tell us who you are, where you work, what you sell today and which of the two models you want. It takes about ten minutes.

  2. We talk for half an hour

A short call to check the fit both ways: your market, your team, and whether what we sell is actually sellable where you are.

  3. We agree the model and the level

Refer or distribute, Learning or Expert. We tell you which plan tiers your margin applies to and what the joining fee will be, in writing, before anything is sent for signature.

  4. You sign, we countersign

We send the agreement to the address you gave us. You confirm your identity, read it, and sign. It is not in force until we have signed it too.

  5. We set you up

Your sandbox, your training access, your portal login and your first invoice for the joining fee — in that order.

We reply to every application, and we tell you either way.

The agreements, in full

Every document that governs the relationship, in plain numbered clauses, readable before you apply and downloadable after you sign. Nothing here is behind a login.

Current set in force from 1 October 2026. Earlier versions stay available and we tell you in writing before any of them change.

Signing it

The agreement is sent to you as a document you read in the browser. Nothing is printed, nothing is scanned, and neither side has to be in the same room.

  1. We send itThe agreement arrives by email, addressed to the person you named as signatory.
  2. You confirm it is youA one-time code goes to the mobile number on your application. You enter it to open the document.
  3. You read and signName, title, company and your signature. You can download an unsigned copy first.
  4. We countersignIt is not in force until BridgeERP has signed it too. That usually happens the same working day.
  5. Both sides get itThe signed copy, with a record of every step, lands in your inbox and in your portal.

Your copy

Emailed to your signatory the moment we countersign. Also kept in your partner portal, where you can download it again at any time — including after the agreement ends.

Our copy

Filed against your partner record with the completion record attached. We keep it for as long as the law requires and no longer.

The completion record shows who signed, when, from what address, and a fingerprint of the exact document that was signed. It is attached to the signed copy, not stored separately.

Questions

Can I do both — refer some clients and resell to others?

Yes, but they are two agreements. Sign the referral agreement for clients you introduce and we bill, and the distribution agreement for clients you bill yourself. The joining fees are separate because the entitlements are different.

What counts as an active client?

A client on a paid subscription that is not suspended or cancelled. The count is what moves you from Learning to Expert level, and it is taken at the end of each billing period.

What happens to my clients if the agreement ends?

Referred clients stay with BridgeERP, and commissions already earned on them are still paid out. Distribution clients are yours — if you stop reselling, we will talk to you first about what happens to their service rather than approaching them behind you. It is written into the agreement.

Do I get exclusivity in my country or my sector?

No, and we do not promise it to anyone else either. The agreement says so plainly in both directions.

Can you change the rates during my term?

Not unilaterally. The rates are in Schedule B and Schedule B can only change by written agreement between both parties, or at renewal with notice.

Who supports my client when something breaks?

On the referral model, we do — your client raises it with us directly. On distribution, you take the first call and pass anything you cannot resolve to us. The split is defined in the agreement so nobody is left waiting while two companies point at each other.

What if my client needs something built that does not exist?

That is a development project and it is priced separately. Say so early — telling a client that something exists when it does not is the fastest way to lose them, and it is the one thing that will end a partnership from our side.
