A Success Pack is a fixed block of consultant hours. We configure BridgeERP around how you actually work, move your existing data across, train the people who will use it every day, and stay with you through go-live. The hours are fixed, the price is on this page, and you deal with a named consultant rather than a queue.

What the first weeks actually look like
Every pack runs the same way. Only the amount of time inside it changes.
Week one — we learn how you work
Your consultant sits with the people who do the job today and writes down how the work actually moves: who raises what, who approves it, what gets printed, where it currently breaks. Nothing is configured before this conversation. We agree the go-live date at the end of it.
We configure it around that, not around a template
Your company, your branches, your tax setup, your document numbering, your approval steps and your price lists. You see it working on your own database — not a demo — and you say what is wrong before we go further.
Your existing data comes across
Customers, suppliers, products, opening balances and stock counts, mapped from whatever you keep them in today — another system, or a spreadsheet. We check the totals with you before anything is locked, and you sign off the balances.
Your team is trained on the real thing
Sessions per role, on your own data, not a slide deck. Cashiers on the till they will actually use, finance on their own month-end, managers on the reports they will actually read. You keep the recordings.
The 30-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied with how your implementation is going in the first thirty days, tell your consultant and we will refund the pack in full. You keep whatever configuration work we have already done.
Thirty days runs from your first session, not from the invoice date.

Which one you use depends on whether your BridgeERP is already running.
Setting up a new BridgeERP
Buy it with your plan
Choose your apps and team size, then add the pack in the same flow. Implementation and your subscription arrive on one invoice, so there is one payment, one reference and one start date. The new-customer discount is applied for you.

Enter your subscription code and the email on the account. We will find your plan, show you what it covers, and price the pack for you. It takes about a minute and you pay from the same portal you already use.

What is actually inside a Success Pack?
A named consultant, for a stated number of hours. Inside those hours they run the workshop that works out how your business operates, configure BridgeERP to match it, bring your existing data across, train your people role by role, and stay with you through go-live. Bigger packs add a project manager, report and workflow work, integrations, and on-site time.
Who will I be working with?
One consultant owns your go-live from the first session to the last, and you have their name and their calendar. From the Business pack upwards a project manager works alongside them and becomes your single point of contact for scheduling and scope.
What happens when the hours run out?
Nothing stops. You either add hours at our published hourly rate, or move up to a bigger pack and pay the difference. Your consultant tells you when you are getting close — you should never find out by being invoiced.

What happens to hours we do not use?
Unused hours stay on your account for ninety days after go-live and can be spent on training, reports or changes.
Can I buy a pack for a system I already run?
Yes. Enter your subscription code above, we will find your plan and price the pack against it, and it goes on the same portal you already pay from. If your setup is unusual we will send a written scope instead of taking the payment.
Do you come to us?
On-site consulting is included from the Professional pack upwards. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and agreed before anyone books anything. Everything else is done over scheduled sessions, on your own database.

What do you need from us?
Time from the people who do the job today, and access to your existing data in whatever form you keep it — another system, or a spreadsheet. The go-lives that run late are almost always the ones where nobody on the client side owned the data.
What if it is not going well?
Tell your consultant first — most problems are a scope conversation, not a refund. If it is genuinely not working, the thirty-day guarantee above applies.
