Questions
Questions about Bar & Lounge
Not covered here? Contact us.
Can we run a happy hour?
Yes. A happy hour pricelist holds the lower prices; the till switches to it for the hour and back afterwards.
Can a table keep a tab open all night?
Yes. The order stays on its table while rounds are added, and the bill is printed and paid at the end.
Can one bill be paid by mobile money and cash?
Yes. A bill can be split between guests or paid with several payment methods.
What if we close after midnight?
The session stays open until it is closed, so a night that ends at 3 a.m. is still one session.
Can we sell tickets for live music nights?
Yes. An event has regular and VIP tickets with seat limits, and the registrations show who is coming.
How do we know which drinks to reorder?
The replenishment list shows the drinks below their minimum and how many bring them back to the maximum.
