Chatbot & Guest Assistant: Guests get answers the moment they ask

A chat on your hotel website that answers guests the moment they ask: free rooms and prices for their dates, your room types, check-in and check-out times, the address and a map, payment, meals, and your own questions and answers. Every answer is read from your own hotel records by word lists and rules in eight languages, with no outside service and no cost per message. When a guest asks for a person, or it does not know, it hands the chat to your team.

Chatbot & Guest Assistant in the Hotel Suite: Guests get answers the moment they ask
01

Answers in the Chat on Your Website

The assistant answers in the live chat of your hotel website, under the hotel's name, on every page, on a computer or a phone. A guest asks in their own words. The answer is worked out on your own server, from word lists and rules in eight languages read against your availability, your rates and your hotel records. No AI service is called and nothing is paid per message.

Your Own Questions and Answers

Write once what only you know: pets, parking, the airport transfer, the pool. Each answer carries the keywords guests use, and a message holding one of them gets that answer; a word that means the same, such as puppy for dog, finds it too. The question, the keywords and the answer translate like any other text, and the list counts how often each answer was given.

What It Could Not Answer, Kept for You

Every question the assistant could not answer is kept, with how many times guests asked it, when it was last asked and in which language. Answer It opens a new answer with the question already filled in; saving it closes the question, and the assistant gives that answer from then on. Ignore sets a question aside.

Every Conversation at a Glance

Each website chat the assistant answered is listed with the number of questions, the last one, its topic and whether it went to your team. Filter on the conversations handed to the team, the website chat or WhatsApp, or group them by topic. Open the Chat on a conversation takes you to the chat itself.
