Five charges on a premium, and a floor under every commission

ARCA's decision 540/93/021 of 29 November 2024, article 6, in force from 1 December 2024, defines what a non-life premium is made of: frais de contrôle at 1.5% and four contributions of 1% each, to the social-protection fund, sector development, sector digitalisation and training. The same decision fixes a minimum and a maximum commission for twenty-five classes, so the pack carries fifty bands — a floor and a ceiling each — from 8% to 10% on private motor. Reading the minima column as a maximum is the mistake this market makes easy; here each band says which it is.
