Questions

Before you start

What happens after the first year of hosting?

You renew the hosting and the domain with us each year, or move the site to hosting of your own. Nothing is switched off without notice.

Is annual care required?

No, it is optional. It covers security updates, minor content changes, backups and monitoring, at 30% of the package price a year.

Can I move up a package later?

Yes. What you have paid counts toward the bigger package and you pay the difference.

Do I own the website?

Yes. Once the site is finished and paid for, the design and the content are yours, and we will move everything to your own hosting if you ask us to.

What if I need more pages than my package includes?

Move up a package, or list the extra pages in your brief and they are priced with it before any work starts.

How does payment work?

Half when you start and half before launch, each paid from the invoice we email you.
